Carbon Credits Industries Inc (CCI)
Carbon Reducer Industries Sdn Bhd as a Malaysian subsidiary of CCI. CCI Manages and executes Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) -approved emission reductions projects at the national level, through its subsidiary Carbon Reducer Industries Sdn. Bhd.

CCI provides the Annex I Party involvement required by all CDM projects in the developing world by contracting with the relevant national CCI Project Developer subsidiary for the exclusive right to purchase/broker the Carbon Credits on the open market using an emission reduction purchase agreement (ERPA) and thus will be responsible for the Certified Emissions Reductions Brokerage. As outlined above, CCI foresees a significant 'Spin-off' which will support its' wholly owned Malaysian subsidiary CRI on the Asian stock market which will maximize and optimize our Return and equity value Strategy within CCI.

Manufacture, Research and Development Company, Responsible for the Electrical Power Saving Device. OEM Manufacture of both branded & private label power saving devices, (PSDs).This company will initiate revenue sharing business models to exploit the savings achieved on customer's electricity bills where capital investment in the power saving device is not an option. CRI will coordinate business strategies in a transparent manner with CCII through its parent, CCI.

Carbon Credits International Inc (CCII)
Exclusive Licensee/distributor and marketing company for CCI.. This company will enter into distribution contracts with distributors worldwide. These companies/distributors, include ,many public companies, not necessarily energy companies. CCII will participate as part owners in these companies through stock ownership. resulting only in a comparable mechanism of a mutual Fund, pooling the resources by issuing sales units/sub distributors, which will maximize and optimize our Return Strategy. We plan to receive payments for equipment purchased and in the form of revenue sharing based upon the savings realized by the customers.
