At CRI, R&D centre, we are currently developing a new device; the HOME MANAGER, which comprises an energy saving device for individual split unit air-conditioning units. The HOME MANAGER also includes a combined mixed load analyzer for all the home appliances. In our R&D experiments we are observing a minimum saving of 25% per household. This is an attractive enough saving to enter our innovative product into the residential domain. We are currently discussing the options of using a manufacturing contractor who can cope with the world wide demand for this appliance. We will endeavor to drive the price down to achieve an estimated ROI of around 1 year. We will be releasing the Home Manager during 2008. At CRI, we are also developing an intelligent CHILLER MANAGER - a monitoring system which has been tested and trialed at AMD, Malaysia and is showing an average energy savings of 15%. It is a fact that Chillers by nature are already highly efficient machines, however they still consume massive amounts of electricity. We feel that 15% is a fantastic saving and one in which we are very proud! We are completing more tests before we launch this new product and it should be available to our customers during 2008 Once Carbon Reducer Industries has moved into the "Contract Manufacturing" phase of producing our devices, we will also allocate available funds to further research & development in addition to hiring highly experienced industry managers to support and expand the production line. This means that the CRI team will be able to concentrate on advancing the company in the following areas:

. enhancing our market leading products
. assisting in acquisition of the larger Reducer / private label contracts.
. design future energy saving devices, not especially focusing on electricity
