Business Format; distributors and sub-distributors CCII offers to its sub-distributors

the license or right to sell its goods or services and/or use its business techniques. The sub-distributor pays an initial fee ( usually a percentage of their common or preferred stock) to acquire this right, and thereafter pays for the applicable products purchased and a percentage of their gross sales( energy savings to its customers are expected to be sought by the sub-distributors as the most significant porton of the earnings potential) to CCII ( the exclusive licensee and distributor ) throughout the term of their distributor contract. Moreover, we aim that our sub-distributors become part of our equity transactions as a traditional Private Placement investor who is willing to not only base their investment decision solely as a passive participant expecting a significant ROI on the equity, but one where they are interested in the company's business, and prospects for the future of the company itself.

In return for these payments, the CCII sub-distributor gains privileges including the right to sell a proven and recognized product or service, to use the exclusive licensee and distributor 's business practices, and to receive initial training and ongoing support. Additional responsibilities can, and usually do include:

. Requirements to meet a variety of quality controls for products and services sold.
. Restrictions on what andwhere they can sell or how they can operate using the company's name.
. Specifications for their business location and site appearance.
. Prohibitions on the operation of any similar businesses during or after the term of the sub-distributors agreement.

Business format; Revenue Sales Plan: Our representatives/sub-distributors can provide RSP to those companies who are not yet financially able to subsidize the cost of such a commitment but still desire to save money on their electrical bills. For this plan, the representative will audit the customers past months of consumption pattern and reach an average figure agreeable by both the Customer and representative. After deploying our solutions, the usage and consumption pattern will be monitored. Having achieved the savings, a plan will be drawn up to collect the revenue based on the amount that will help the customer to save, normally 50% to 75% of the savings. In this plan, the ROI will be longer depending on the agreement; however the client will enjoy worry free maintenance as the representatives will address any issues arising. An agreement with the customer will be drafted for a stipulated timeframe of services provided to them and the monthly amount of payment agreed with our company.
