In this plan, the ROI will be longer depending on the agreement; however the client will enjoy worry free maintenance as the representatives will address any issues arising. An agreement with the customer will be drafted for a stipulated timeframe of services provided to them and the monthly amount of payment agreed with our company. Furthermore, we have achieved on average, a minimum savings of about 25% for the Shah Alam State in Malaysia.
